This notice explains how A Journey Ltd, trading as Consentina (“we”, “us” or “our”), handles personal data when you use consentina.com or contact us through it. It is an information notice, not a contract.

A Journey Ltd is the controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15963421. Our registered office is Suite 7034, 321-323, High Road, Romford, Essex, United Kingdom, RM6 6AX.

Information we collect
- Information you give us in a contact or founding-access form: name, email address, website, reason or customer type, and your message.
- Your consent preference: whether optional analytics were accepted or declined, the policy version, time and source. This is kept in the necessary
consentina_privacy_choicecookie. - Limited website-use information from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, but only after you choose to accept analytics.
- Technical and security information that services used to operate and protect the website may process, such as IP address, browser and request information.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To respond to enquiries and take steps at your request before a contract: necessary for contract steps or our legitimate interests in responding appropriately.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website: our legitimate interests in running a safe, useful service.
- To understand optional aggregated usage and improve content: your consent, where analytics are enabled.
- To meet legal obligations or manage legal claims: legal obligation or our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending claims.
Submitting a normal contact form does not opt you into email marketing. We only send marketing where you actively opt in.
Service providers and sharing
We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase to store form submissions, Cloudflare for DNS and security delivery, and—when you accept analytics—Google Analytics (measurement ID G-W13WSMPDJN) and Microsoft Clarity (project yo8tpt9y56). These providers process information for their services. We may also share data where required by law or to protect rights, safety or security. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we will use safeguards required or permitted by applicable data-protection law, as appropriate to the transfer.
Retention
We retain contact and founding-access enquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete or anonymise it unless we need to keep it for law or a dispute. We keep consent preferences for the cookie’s one-year lifetime. Provider analytics retention may vary under their settings.
Your choices and rights
You can reopen or change the analytics choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact form to exercise a right.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to help first.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly seek their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can consider deletion.
